Estimates & Quotes
Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or in person are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we review your project details and, where needed, visit the site. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Scheduling & Site Access
- Installation dates are scheduled in advance and may shift due to weather, material availability, or conditions discovered on site.
- You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area, including power and water where required, during scheduled work hours.
- Furniture moving, appliance disconnection, and removal of existing flooring are handled as agreed in your written quote.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including any deposit and progress payments, are set out in your written quote. Final payment is due upon substantial completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Workmanship Warranty
We stand behind our installation workmanship. If an issue arises from our installation, contact us and we will make it right. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the material manufacturers and are separate from our workmanship warranty. Damage caused by misuse, settling, moisture issues outside our scope, or alterations by others is not covered.
